What exactly is the TQP?
The TQP is the test every teacher takes inside the app before their profile goes live. It does not only measure subject knowledge: it assesses the ability to explain, to adapt to the pupil’s level and to run a lesson.

Every file is reviewed manually by our team across eight sections: civil status, contact details, background and degrees, subjects and rates, availability, supporting documents, video chapters and the teaching quality test. A single non-compliant section sends the file back for correction with a precise reason.
The TQP, or Teaching Quality Test, is taken in the app by every teacher who applies. It assesses subject mastery, the ability to explain, running a lesson and professional conduct. Multiple-choice questions are graded automatically, the situational answers by hand by our education team. The result, in points against the test scale, is shown on the profile; the pass mark is given to the teacher along with their score. It informs our review team’s decision; it does not stand in for it.
The rate is set by the teacher, per subject and per school system, with a floor of 500 CFA francs per lesson. It is always shown on the profile before any contact: no hidden fees for families.
Both. You choose the format when you submit your request. Some teachers only offer one of the two, and this is stated on their profile.
From primary school to high school, in the Ivorian, French and international systems. Your child’s profile states their system: only teachers who declared and validated it will appear.
Allow 48 to 72 working hours from a complete file — that is, form submitted, video chapters filmed and TQP taken. You follow the progress in the app and receive, where relevant, the exact list of what needs to be corrected.
